At the heart of the Aerox-E is a potent 9.4 kW electric motor that produces a massive 48 Nm of torque. This setup promises instant throttle response and peppy acceleration, staying true to the Aerox’s sporty DNA.

Powering this motor is a dual detachable 3 kWh lithium-ion battery setup. Yamaha claims these batteries use high-energy-density cells for consistent performance and are designed with ergonomic grips so they can be easily removed for convenient home charging.

The Aerox-E features three riding modes (Eco, Standard, and Power) to adapt to different conditions. It also includes a Boost function for quick bursts of speed and a practical reverse mode to help with parking.
