TVS Apache RTX 300 ADV Launched in India at Rs 1.99 Lakh

The long-awaited TVS Apache RTX 300 ADV has finally made its official entry into the Indian market. With prices starting at Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom), this adventure motorcycle is set to take on rivals in the mid-capacity ADV segment.
The bike is offered in three variants – Base, Top, and BTO (Built To Order) – each designed to suit different rider preferences and touring needs.
Design and Features
The TVS Apache RTX 300 ADV adopts a semi-faired design with a tall upright windshield, raised handlebars, split seats, and a rear luggage rack – all essential elements for an ADV-focused machine.
Inside the cockpit, you get a 5.0-inch TFT display supporting turn-by-turn navigation, cruise control, and four riding modes: Rain, Urban, Tour, and Rally.
The BTO version brings even more features, such as adjustable suspension, TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System), and a brass-coated chain.
Engine and Performance

At the heart of the Apache RTX 300 is TVS’ all-new 299.1cc RT-XD4 engine. This single-cylinder, liquid- and oil-cooled motor comes with dual overhead camshafts and twin oil pumps.

- Torque: 28.5 Nm @ 7,000 rpm
- Gearbox: 6-speed with bi-directional quickshifter
The engine is paired with a ride-by-wire throttle, along with traction control and wheelie mitigation systems for added safety and control.

The motorcycle is equipped with WP USD forks (gold-finished) at the front and a long-travel monotube shock absorber at the rear.
Braking is handled by disc brakes with ABS, giving the rider confidence on rough terrains and highways alike.
