The U.S. Army Customs Agency has declared that members of U.S. Forces are prohibited from importing or registering the Cybertruck in Germany or the European Union (EU) due to its failure to meet stringent safety standards and its tendency to attract excessive attention. This comes after numerous European road-safety organizations raised serious concerns about the Cybertruck’s design.
