This means in daily driving, an estimated 97 percent of all braking is handled electrically, with the friction brakes only engaging during hard stops.
  • Rapid DC Fast-Charging: The Porsche Cayenne Electric supports 400 kW DC fast-charging, enabling the battery to charge from 10-80 percent in under 16 minutes. This philosophy is a direct application of race-day charging strategies to a production EV.

  • Superior Thermal Management: An advanced thermal management system allows for stable, fast charging even at low temperatures (from 59°F), ensuring consistent performance. This system allows the Porsche Cayenne Electric to add over 186 miles of range in just ten minutes under ideal conditions.
