Tech and Safety Get a Big Boost
This new car has some cool new tech. It includes a smart key that unlocks the doors when you get close to the car, cruise control with a speed limiter, and a 360-degree camera with 7 different view modes. For your safety, it has 6 airbags as a standard feature. There’s also an intelligent in-car AI assistant named “CARA.”
A More Premium Feel Inside
To make the inside of the Basalt X feel more luxurious, Citroën has added soft materials to the dashboard and door panels. It also has ambient lighting and a stylish “Brown Mars” interior color theme. It’s important to note that the “CARA” assistant is a free bonus for early buyers, and the 360-degree camera is an optional extra that costs an additional Rs 25,000.

Shailesh Hazela, the CEO of Stellantis India, said that India is very important for their worldwide plans. He mentioned that with the new Basalt X, they are excited to introduce “CARA,” which is India’s first smart in-car assistant designed and built in India. He added that these new features will make driving more connected and enjoyable.
