THESE ARE THE 20 Least Selling Cars India October 2025. #1 SOLD ONLY 2 UNITS!

Least Selling Cars India October 2025 list is finally here. While everyone talks about the best-selling cars, today we are looking at the cars that are struggling to find buyers.

From big drops for famous brands like Honda and Maruti to the absolute disaster at the number 1 spot, here is our simple expert report.

(Note: We have not included expensive luxury cars, discontinued cars, or cars imported from other countries.)

THE “JUST HANGING ON” GROUP (Rank 20 – 11)

These cars are selling very less numbers.

  • 20. Skoda Kushaq: Sold 1,219 units. Sales are going down.
  • 19. Tata Tigor: Sold 1,196 units. Tata has now joined this “flop” list.
  • 18. Renault Kiger: Sold 948 units. Even the new update did not help. Its rival, Nissan Magnite, sold nearly 3 times more.
  • 17. Citroen C3: Sold 897 units. Surprisingly, this was a good month for the C3!
  • 16. Hyundai Verna: Sold 824 units. The famous sedan is losing its charm.
  • 15. Kia Syros: Sold 785 units. This is a shock. This new SUV is selling so poorly, people are joking it should be called “Shy-ros” because it is too shy to go to customer homes.
  • 14. Maruti Jimny: Sold 592 units. Kids love it as a toy, but families are not buying it.
  • 13. Honda City: Sold 578 units. A legendary car, now selling less than 600 units.
  • 12. Renault Kwid: Sold 554 units.
  • 11. Toyota Hilux: Sold 377 units.

THE DANGER ZONE (Rank 10 – 4)

These cars are in serious trouble.

  • 10. Maruti Invicto: Sold 301 units. Maruti tried to copy the Toyota Hycross, but it failed.
  • 9. Citroen C3 Aircross: Sold 227 units.
  • 8. MG Hector: Sold 225 units.
  • 7. Citroen Basalt: Sold 217 units. The Coupe-SUV style is not working in India.
  • 6. Jeep Compass: Sold 170 units.
  • 5. Jeep Meridian: Sold 120 units.
  • 4. MG Astor: Sold 102 units.

THE TOP 3 BIGGEST DISASTERS

3. Hyundai Tucson: Sold 26 units.

  • Note: Production has stopped, so this car will leave the list next month.

2. MG Gloster: Sold 9 units.

  • Our Observation: Every MG car with “Tor” at the end (Hec-tor, As-tor, Glos-tor) is failing. Only the Windsor (Sir) is selling well.

1. Mahindra Marazzo: Sold 2 units.

  • The Winner: In a country with crores of Car Buyers, only 2 people decided to buy a Marazzo. We really want to know what they were thinking!

THE “ALMOST” FLOPS

If Citroen cars were not on this list (taking up 4 spots), these cars would be here:

  • Hyundai Alcazar: 1,259 units.
  • Maruti Celerio: 1,322 units.
  • Tata Curvv: 1,432 units. Despite new updates, the Curvv is struggling to sell.

OUR EXPERT VERDICT

MECHHELP.IN 5

The Least Selling Cars India October 2025 list shows that Sedans (City, Verna) are dying in India. Also, simply putting a badge on another car (like the Invicto) does not work anymore.
