The new Duster has become one of the hottest vehicles in global markets, and now its versatile platform is showing even more potential. Dacia and Renault have showcased a new van version in the UK, called the Duster Cargo, and a new pickup truck in Romania, called the Duster Pick-Up. These two new models show that the Duster platform is capable of a lot more than just being a standard SUV.

Duster Pick-Up: A Rugged Conversion

The new Duster Pick-Up, sold under the Dacia brand in Romania, is not a factory-built model. It is a conversion by a Romanian company called Romturingia. The Pick-Up version has a cut-off roof to create an open load bed that can carry up to 430 kg of cargo. It is powered by either a 1.8L Hybrid engine or a 1.2L Petrol with 4WD setup. The price for this version starts at EUR 26,000, which is approximately Rs 27.21 lakh.

The van is powered by either a Hybrid 130 with 4WD or Hybrid 155 engine options. The starting price for the Duster Cargo is GBP 28,700, which is approximately Rs 34.38 lakh.
