Record-Breaking BYD Sales in September 2025
BYD sales reached an incredible 396,270 New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) in September 2025. This is almost 100,000 units more than its previous monthly record, showing how quickly the company is expanding its reach in the EV market.
Dynasty and Ocean Series Lead the Way
Most of the growth came from the Dynasty and Ocean series, which together sold 355,774 units. BYD’s strategy of offering both affordable and premium models is paying off.
- FangChengBao: 24,121 units
- DENZA: 12,407 units
- Yangwang: 758 units
This mix proves BYD can serve both mass buyers and luxury customers.
Global Reach and Exports
BYD sales are not limited to China. In September, the company exported 70,851 passenger vehicles and pickups, boosting its international presence. For the first nine months of 2025, exports hit 701,579 units, confirming BYD’s growing global strength.
