What Makes the Speed Triple 1200 RX Special?
The RX is based on the Speed Triple 1200 RS but comes with sportier ergonomics and premium kit. Riders get low-set clip-on handlebars and rear-set footpegs, creating an aggressive riding stance.
An Akrapovic carbon-fibre and titanium exhaust is included as standard, enhancing both performance and sound. The motorcycle also stands out with its striking two-tone yellow and black paint scheme and exclusive RX graphics.
Engine and Performance
Under the skin, the Speed Triple RX retains Triumph’s legendary 1,163cc inline 3-cylinder engine, producing 180 BHP at 10,750 rpm and 128 Nm at 8,750 rpm. Power is managed via a 6-speed gearbox, tuned for thrilling acceleration and high-speed stability.
Suspension and Braking
The bike comes equipped with Öhlins Smart EC 3.0 semi-active suspension, featuring USD forks at the front and a rear monoshock. To enhance control, it also gets an Öhlins SD EC steering damper.
Braking performance is ensured by Brembo Stylema calipers with high-performance discs, keeping the RX in line with its superbike pedigree.
