The biggest savings are on the flagship Kodiaq SUV, where buyers can get a massive Rs 5.80 lakh in total benefits.

The New GST Rules
The new GST 2.0 rules have simplified taxes on cars in India. Small cars and SUVs under 4 meters with smaller engines are now taxed at a lower 18%. Meanwhile, large, high-end SUVs like the Kodiaq now have a single, streamlined tax rate of 40%, which is lower than the previous rate of 48%.
What About the Skoda Kylaq?
Interestingly, the new Skoda Kylaq SUV is not part of this special offer. However, since it is a compact model, it is still expected to get cheaper when the new GST rates take effect on September 22. The Kylaq has been a major success for Skoda in recent months, with sales hitting over 5,000 units in March and April 2025.
