TVS Launches New Apache RTR 160 & 200 4V Models from Rs 1.28 Lakh

TVS Motor Company is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its popular Apache brand with some big updates. The company has launched new, updated versions of the Apache RTR 160 and 200 4V motorcycles. These new models come with a completely new front design, featuring a new projector headlamp, stylish LED DRLs, and a modern 5-inch TFT screen.

Key Highlights and Upgrades

Both the Apache RTR 160 4V and RTR 200 4V are now packed with technology and new features.

  • New Front Fascia: Both bikes get an all-new Class-D projector headlamp and signature LED DRLs for a sharper, more modern look.
  • Advanced Features: A 5-inch TFT cluster with Bluetooth connectivity and Voice Assist is now standard. The bikes also come with a traction control system and an assist and slipper clutch for better performance and safety.
  • Ride Modes: The bikes feature three ride modes, dual-channel ABS, and a turn-by-turn navigation system.
  • Colors: The new Apache RTR 160 4V is available in Racing Red, Marine Blue, and Matte Black. The RTR 200 4V comes in Matte Black and Granite Grey.

TVS also has premium models like the Apache RTR 310 and Apache RR 310, priced at Rs 3,11,000 and Rs 3,37,000, respectively.


Celebrating 20 Years of Apache

To mark two decades of the Apache brand’s global presence and over 6.5 million customers, TVS has launched a special 20th-anniversary limited edition. These bikes feature a unique dual-tone black and champagne gold color scheme with matching alloy wheels. They also come with an USB charger and a dedicated commemorative 20-year logo.

Performance and Dynamics

Under the hood, the bikes are powered by a 160cc air/oil-cooled engine. The performance figures and dimensions remain the same, but the new additions make the ride even better. The company’s Director and CEO, K N Radhakrishnan, expressed gratitude to the loyal Apache community for helping the brand become one of the fastest-growing sports motorcycle brands worldwide.
