Mahindra Announces Massive Price Cuts, Passing on GST Benefits Today
In a huge win for car buyers, Mahindra has announced that it will fully pass on the benefits of the new GST rate to its customers. With this, the prices of its entire line of ICE (internal combustion engine) SUVs have dropped. The new prices are effective immediately, starting from September 6, 2025. This makes Mahindra the first car brand to fully implement the new tax cuts across its whole SUV lineup.

The price drops come from a change in the GST tax structure. The tax on smaller SUVs has been reduced from 29–31% to 18%, and on larger SUVs, it has dropped from 48% to 40%.
