Mini and Compact Segment

The entry-level and hatchback segment, which includes the Alto, Baleno, Swift, and WagonR, recorded sales of 85,273 units. This is a healthy increase from the 71,123 units sold during the same period last year. It shows that despite the SUV craze, the Indian buyer still loves a practical hatchback.

Utility Vehicles (UVs)

The SUV portfolio is firing on all cylinders. The lineup including the Brezza, Grand Vitara, Fronx, and Ertiga clocked 72,498 units. This is a sharp rise from the 59,003 units sold in November 2024. The shift in consumer preference towards larger cars is clearly benefiting Maruti.

Vans and LCVs

The Eeco van continues to be a steady seller with 13,200 units sold. Additionally, the Super Carry Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) saw a growth of nearly 24 percent with 3,622 units sold.

The biggest surprise in the report comes from the export division. Maruti Suzuki shipped 46,057 units to international markets in November 2025.
