MAHINDRA BE RALL-E LAUNCH CONFIRMED FOR NOV 26: A HARDCORE OFF-ROAD EV!

Mahindra is not just launching family cars anymore; they are launching monsters.
The company has confirmed that the Mahindra BE Rall-E Launch will take place on November 26, 2025, alongside the 7-seater XEV 9S. This is the production version of the wild “Rall-E” concept we saw last year, and the new teasers confirm one thing: it still looks absolutely crazy.
Here is our simple expert analysis of this rugged electric SUV.

DESIGN: CONCEPT VS. REALITY

The BE Rall-E is basically the “bad boy” version of the BE 6. Mahindra has kept the wildest parts of the concept design.
- The Face: It gets unique circular LED projector headlights and a heavy-duty bash plate on the bumper. It looks ready to hit a rock and keep moving.
- The Side: It keeps the sharp, coupe-like shape.
- The Change: The concept had steel wheels (which looked cool and tough). The production car seems to have star-patterned alloy wheels instead. It also seems to have lost the roof-mounted carrier basket.
INTERIOR: LUXURY MEETS ADVENTURE

You might expect a “Rally” car to be stripped out, but the BE Rall-E is loaded with tech. It borrows the premium cabin from the BE 6.
- Twin Display Setup: Huge screens for the driver.
- AR-HUD: An Augmented Reality Head-Up Display (like in a fighter jet).
- 16-Speaker Sound: A massive Harman Kardon system with Dolby Atmos.
- Fixed Glass Roof: For a great view of the sky.
POWER: THE AWD ADVANTAGE
This is the most important part. A car called “Rall-E” needs to be able to go off-road. We expect this SUV to come with the top-spec powertrain:
- Battery: A big 79 kWh pack.
- Drivetrain: Dual Motor AWD (All-Wheel Drive).
This means it will have 4×4 capabilities, making it a direct rival to the upcoming Tata Harrier EV (which will also have AWD).

OUR EXPERT VERDICT
The Mahindra BE Rall-E is a bold experiment. Usually, electric cars are designed for city efficiency. Mahindra is building one for dirt, mud, and fun.
It fills a unique gap. If you want an EV but you also want the “tough guy” image of a Thar, this is your car. It combines the future (Electric) with Mahindra’s legacy (Off-road).
Launch Date: November 26, 2025.
